Operating Regulations for Electric Pallet Trucks           
 1. Maintain proper start-up speed at start-up, not too fast.           
 2. Pay attention to the voltage of the voltmeter. If the voltage is lower than the limit voltage, the pallet truck should stop running immediately.           
 3. Pallet trucks are not allowed to change the driving direction by pulling the direction switch in order to prevent burning out the electrical components and damaging the gears.           

 4. Driving and lifting should not be carried out at the same time.           
 5.  Attention should be paid to the driving system, whether the sound of the steering system is normal or not, if abnormal sound is found, the malfunction  should be eliminated in time, and the operation with illness should be strictly prohibited.           
 6.  Slow down in advance when changing.           
 7.  When working on poor roads, the importance of the road should be reduced appropriately and the driving speed should be reduced.           
 Reasons for tremor during lifting           
 1.  Air in lifting cylinder           
 2.  Oil Leakage in Hydraulic System           
 3.  Excessive wear and tear of inner door frame, fork frame rollers and bearings           

 4. Uneven elasticity of two lifting chains           
 Free sliding too fast under load           
 1.  Oil leakage in pipes and joints           
 2.  Multi-way valve holesliding stem or sealing ring wear and tear, resulting in internal leakage           
 3.  Wear of Piston Support Ring/Y Seal Ring of Lifting Cylinder and Internal Leakage            

Slow or incapable of lifting           
 1.  Oil tank shortage           
 2.  Oil filter blockage           
 3.  Hydraulic oil temperature is too high and hydraulic oil is too thin.           
 4.  Oil leakage in hydraulic pipeline           
 5.  Wear of multi-way valve stem and body           
 6.  Overwear of oil pump

 Brake failure           
 1.  Brake circuit breaks

 Electrical partial malfunction                      
 1.  The weight of the goods must be known before lifting. The weight of the goods must not exceed the rated lifting weight of the pallet truck.            

 2.  Packing goods by lifting should pay attention to whether the goods are firmly bound.            

 3.  Adjust the spacing of forks according to the size and size of the goods, so that the goods are evenly distributed between the forks to avoid eccentric load.            

 4.  When the goods are inserted into the stack, the portal frame should be tilted forward. After the goods are loaded into the fork, the portal frame should be tilted backward, so that the goods are close to the fork wall, and the cargo can be lowered as far as possible before they can be driven.            

 5.  When lifting goods, they should generally be carried out in a vertical  position.            

 6.  Hand brake must be used in manual loading and unloading to stabilize fork.            

 7.  Walking and lifting are not allowed to operate simultaneously.            

 8.  Pay attention to the firmness of cargo on fork when carrying cargo on large slope road.
