 11. What are the main contents of three-level maintenance of pallet trucks?           

 Answer:
 (1)  Adjust valve clearance.            

 (2)  Measure the cylinder pressure and check the reasons for non-conformity.           

 (3)  Check the working performance of the clutch and adjust it as necessary.            

 (4)  Check the free travel of steering wheel and the connection of steering tie rod, and check the wear of steering knuckle pin and steering sector arm pin.            

 (5)  Check the bearing wear of clutch and brake pedal axle.            

 (6)  Clean pallet truck thoroughly and check and tighten bolts and nuts in all exposed parts.           

 12. What are the safety technical conditions of pallet truck crane mechanism?            

 Answer:

 (1) Deformation and weld detachment of portal frame should not be allowed. Rolling clearance of inner and outer portal frame should be adjusted reasonably, not more than15mm, rolling rotation should be flexible, and there should be no cracks and defects in rollers and axles. The groove wear should not be greater than 10% of the original size.           

 (2) The tension of the two lifting chains should be uniform, not distorted and deformed, the end joints should be firm, and the pitch of the chains should not exceed 4% of the length, otherwise the chains should be replaced. Sprocket rotation should be flexible.           

 (3) Fork shelves shall not be seriously deformed; there shall be no cracks on the surface of forks; there  shall be no weld detachment in all parts of the welds; the root angle of forks shall not be greater than 93% and the thickness shall not be less than 90% of the original size; the height difference between the left and right fork tips shall not exceed 3% of the length of the horizontal section of forks; fork positioning shall be reliable; and the support and positioning surfaces of fork hooks shall not be available. Obvious defect; the mating gap between the fork and the fork rack should not be too large and move smoothly.           

 (4) The joint of lifting cylinder and portal frame should be reliable, the articulation of inclined cylinder with portal frame and frame should be firm and flexible, and the mating clearance should not be too large. The cylinder should be well sealed, crack-free and work smoothly. Under rated load, the self-sinking capacity of the portal frame for 10 minutes is not more than 20 mm, and the inclination angle is not more than 0.5 degrees. The lifting speed at full load is not less than half of the standard value.           
 13. What are the safety technical conditions of pallet truck hydraulic control  system?           

 Answer:

 (1) Pipeline joints of hydraulic systems are reliable, leak-free, and do not wear and tear with other parts. Rubber hoses should not be aged or deteriorated.           

 (2) Crawling, stagnation and obvious impulse phenomena should not occur in the transmission parts of hydraulic control system in the range of rated load and speed.           

 (3) Multi-way reversing valve shell without cracks and leakage. The working performance is good and reliable; the safety valve is sensitive, and should be fully open when 25% of the overload occurs, and the adjusting bolt nuts should be fully tightened. Operating handle positioning is accurate and reliable, and can not be displaced by vibration.            

 (4)  Load curve and hydraulic control nameplate should be complete and fresh.           

 14. Requirements for Full Hydraulic Pallet truck            

 (1)  Torque converter oil requirement gauge is marked with sufficient torque converter oil. No. 8 hydraulic lift transmission oil No. 22 in winter and No. 30 in summer.            

 (2)  The normal working oil temperature of the converter is 90 degrees (+10 degrees).           

 (3) Oil temperature up to 100 degrees requires car cooling. In order to avoid affecting the performance and life of vehicles.            

 (4)  Torque converter gear pressure is 12 + 1 kg, excessive pressure will affect the performance and life of the work.
