Safety Management Regulations for pallet Trucks
 Pallet truck safety management regulations include: inspection of vehicles, starting, driving, loading and unloading of these elements, what is the specific? What are the safety regulations?           
 First: Check the vehicle:
 1.  Before pallet trucks operation, check the appearance, add fuel, lubricant and cooling water.            

 2.  Check the starting, running and braking performance.           
 (1)Check whether the lighting and sound signals are complete and effective           

 (2) Check whether the pressure and temperature are normal during the operation of pallet truck.            

 (3)  Pallet trucks should also be inspected before operation.            

 Second: Start           
 1.  Before starting, observe all around and confirm that there are no obstacles hindering driving safety, first whistle and then start.           
 2. Pallet truck at the start of loading. The driver should confirm that the load is stable and reliable.           
 3.  Start slowly and smoothly.            

 Third: Driving            
 1. The height of the bottom of the fork from the ground should be maintained at 300-400MM.            

 2.  Do not lift the fork too high when driving. When entering or leaving the work site or during driving, pay attention to whether there are obstacles scratching over the air. When the load is running, if the pallet is too high, it will also increase the overall center of gravity of the pallet and affect the stability of the pallet.            

 3.  After unloading, the fork should be landed at the normal driving position before driving.           

 4. When turning, if there are pedestrians or vehicles in the accessories, signal should  be sent, and high-speed sharp turning should be prohibited. High-speed sharp turning will lead to vehicle losing lateral stability and overturning.            

 5.  It is forbidden for diesel pallet trucks to stall and taxi on downhill.            

 6.  It is forbidden to brake abruptly in the course of driving unless special circumstances occur.             

 7. Pallet  trucks must keep a safe distance from the vehicle in front of them in order to comply with the traffic rules in the yard.            

 8.  When the pallet truck is running, the load must be in the lowest dimension which does not hinder the driving, and the gantry frame should lean back behind  the backstage. Apart from being disgusting, It is forbidden to turn on or cross the ramp.            

 Fourth, the handling of illegal use and operation accidents           
 1.  Equipment administrators have the right to cancel the driving operation qualification of pallet users if they violate the operation rules seriously, fail to make corrections repeatedly, fail to maintain pallet trucks for a long time, or suffer from man-made accidents on several occasions.            

 2.  If an accident occurs in the use of pallet trucks, it shall be reported  immediately, and the report shall not be concealed, falsely reported or handled without authorization, and shall be handled in accordance with the Company's "Equipment Accident Handling System".           

 3. In addition to filling in the Accident Report Form, the operator shall write out a written inspection for the following general liability accidents and bear the necessary liability for compensation according to the degree of damage.           
 (1)  Damage and deformation of tyres and steel rings.           
 (2)  Deformation of portal frame and fork teeth.           
 (3)  Body bruising.           
 (4)  Other general abnormal damages.
