Regulations on pallet Truck Management
 I.  Purpose
 In  order to strengthen the maintenance and safe operation of pallet trucks, improve the intact rate and utilization rate of pallet trucks, and ensure the normal use of pallet trucks, this system is specially formulated.
 II.  Duties of Use Management
 The company's equipment manager supervises and directs the normal use and maintenance of pallet trucks; the pallet truck driver is responsible for the first-level maintenance of the pallet trucks used, and the machine repair workshop is responsible for the second-level maintenance of all pallet trucks in the company.
 3.  Operation and use of pallet trucks
 1. Pallet trucks drivers must undergo professional training and hold operating permits before they can operate independently. Driving without a license is strictly prohibited.
 2. Pallet trucks are operated according to the principle of fixed-person operation and listing operation. All pallet trucks must mark the operator's department and name in a striking position on the body. Pallet truck users are not allowed to hand over the pallet truck to the driver without a license. The driver of the pallet truck without a license shall be severely punished in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Employee Manual of the company. The pallet truck drivers and the driver without a license shall be jointly liable for the accident or damage caused.
 3. Pallet trucks operators must strictly abide by the Pallet Safety Operating Regulations, strictly prohibit illegal operation and prevent accidents.
 (1)  Operators should correctly wear labor and nursing supplies when operating.

 (2)  Before starting the pallet  trucks, the operation control and alarm devices (including brakes, steering lights, etc.) should be checked. If damages or defects are found, the relevant departments should be promptly reported for repair. It is strictly forbidden to operate with illness.

 (3)  When handling goods, the load should not exceed the rated value, and the fork teeth should be inserted under the goods.

 (4)  On wet or smooth roads, the steering speed should be slowed down.

 (5)  When operating, pay attention to the people around the pallet, obstacles and clearance above.

 (5)  No person is allowed to stand on the fork teeth and no person is allowed on the vehicle; no person is allowed to stand under the fork or walk under the fork.

 When the lifting height of the fork teeth is too high, attention should be paid to prevent the falling of the goods above, and try to make the shelf backward, loading and unloading operations should be done in a minimum range of forward and backward.

 4.  The responsible person for pallet truck operation and maintenance should fill in the Record of Equipment Handover (Record of Equipment Operation) in time and earnestly, and fill in the Record of Equipment Handover in time such as the working time of pallet truck, consumption of main and auxiliary oil, daily maintenance and malfunction.

 5. When using pallet trucks in other departments, the Licensee shall  borrow the pallet trucks from the responsible persons and go through the formalities for borrowing the pallet trucks. When borrowing or returning the pallet truck, the responsible person and the borrower shall confirm the technical status and existing problems of the pallet truck and sign the Record of Equipment Handover.
 6.  The key of pallet truck shall be kept by the person responsible for the pallet truck and handed over when borrowed by other departments.
