Daily inspection of hand pallet stacker

1. First, park the hand pallet stacker in a safe and flat place, turn off the power supply of the vehicle. Carry out corresponding checks on all parts of the vehicle, such as eliminating these potential safety hazards in time when problems are found.            

2. Check the hydraulic oil level of hand pallet stacker. The hydraulic oil level of hand pallet stacker has great influence on the normal work of the vehicle. The staff need to check whether there is oil leakage. If there is oil leakage, it should be solved in time.            

 3.Check whether the mast chain tightness is consistent, and check whether the tire wear of the vehicle is normal. If the tire is found to be damaged, it is necessary to repair and replace in time, so as to eliminate the potential safety hazards in use in time.             

4. Check whether the lamp system and horn are normal or not. The lamp and horn of the vehicle play a very important role in the safety work of the vehicle. Therefore, people need to maintain the lamp and horn of the vehicle regularly when using

them, so that the safety of the vehicle at work is relatively guaranteed.            

How to prevent oil leakage of hand pallet stacker?            

 1. Carefully dispose of all kinds of liners. Such as oil pan or valve cover,  because of the large touch area, not easy to compact, simple formation of oil leakage. Oil leaks from the oil seal behind the crankshaft, and oil will enter the clutch, which will

not only consume oil, but also cause the clutch plate to  be stained, slippery and burnt.            

2. Tighten nuts according to repair standard. Over-loosening and not tightening the liner will leak oil; over-tightening will make the metal around the screw hole protrude or screw the thread slippery, resulting in oil leakage.            

3. Replace the worn parts in time. For example, the wear of cylinder liner, piston and piston ring to a certain extent will cause high-pressure gas in the incineration chamber to enter the crankcase.            

4. Replace the invalid oil seal in time. If the oil seal is not properly installed, the journal and the edge of the oil seal are not centrally alised,  and the oil is simply thrown off due to yaw. Some of them will lose elasticity due to rubber aging, seal li

damage and cracking or self-tightening spring failure after long-term use, which will result in loss of oil sealing effect. Qualified accessories should be revised or replaced according to standards.            

5. Repair the main bearing in time. When the cooperation gap between main bearing and journal is too large, the front and rear oil seals will lose their sealing due to the impact effect of crankshaft, resulting in oil leakage from the crankshaft head, 

or oil leakage into the clutch, and then contamination of friction discs causes slippage and operation failure.

Unloading:            

(1)  Raise the fork to the required height, make sure that the fork is easy to enter under the pallet, and approach the pallet slowly until the load is safely placed on the fork.            

(2)  Lift the fork until the pallet is lifted on the shelf.            

(3)  Slowly reduce the load while ensuring that the fork will not encounter obstacles in the process of descending.            

(4)  Lower the fork orthogonally close to the shelf, and then enter its bottom.            

(5)  Slowly move back to exit the channel.            

(6)  The fork comes out from the bottom leg of the shelf.
