Application Principle of Three Kinds of Fall arresters

 Sliding wedge type anti-falling safety device is a kind of falling protection device developed from the fall arresters. It consists of three parts: moving wedge, fixed wedge and control system. These three parts cooperate with each other to complete the anti-falling work at high altitude.            

 When the components in the control system of the fall arresters push the sliding wedge upward, the sliding wedge of the fall arresters will produce horizontal displacement relative to the fixed wedge, and the friction force produced by the contact between the sliding wedge of the fall arresters and the guide rail hinders the sliding wedge and the cage from sliding together.            

 At this time, the relative horizontal displacement of the sliding wedge and the fixed wedge of the fall arresters increases continuously, which furtherincreases the friction between the sliding wedge and the guide rail until the fall arrester is braked. The sliding wedge type anti-falling safety device has agile braking, fast braking and small impact, but it requires high manufacturing accuracy of the sliding  wedge, straightness and smoothness of the guide rail.            

 Mine fall arrester is a fall arrester for lifting equipment in inclined and vertical mines. It can be divided into gravity type or spring rebound type. In the process of hoisting, once the rope of hoisting wire is broken or the connecting device is broken, it can automatically grasp the track brake or ejection pin to clamp the steel frame of hoisting equipment, so that the suspension box (disc) can stop immediately and not fall into the bottom of the well, so as to ensure  the safety of mine workers and the integrity of hoisting equipment, if the fall arrester is not qualified, but not up. When it comes to instant braking, it will cause unthinkable disastrous accidents of aircraft destruction and human death.           

 The main points for attention in the use of cage fall arresters are as follows:            

 It can brake the tank cage steadily and reliably; the braking duration does not exceed 0.5s; it can not cause misoperation; the safety factor of its main bearing parts should be up to the standard when the empty travel time is not more than 0.15s; and the main forgings should be checked by ultrasonic injury control.
