 Following is the introduction of high manganese steel casting process for you:           

 Magnesia alkaline or neutral lining must be used to melt high manganese steel in fall arresters.            

 The chemical composition must be carried out in accordance with the national standard GB/T5680-1998. It must be analyzed before the furnace begins to replace the new material. In the future, it can only be made into product analysis, 1-2 stoves per day.           

 Attention should be paid to the composition control of high manganese steel:           

 A. Return material shall not exceed  30% at most.            

 B.  Silicon content should be controlled at 0.4-0.6%, and should not exceed 0.8% at most.          

 C, C, Mn should be strictly controlled within the scope, and the ratio of manganese to carbon should be controlled.The content of Mn/C = 10. D and P should also be strictly controlled. At most, it should not exceed the standard. The lower the content, the better.           

 3. Temperature: Manganese steel has high content of C and Mn, good fluidity, high temperature is easy to appear columnar crystals, resulting in cracks and poor wear resistance, so it is necessary to strictly control the tapping temperature, generally at 1420.C. and the pouring temperature is generally 1360.C~1420.C.
