 China's hoisting belt industry has developed rapidly in recent years.There is no standard for transportation and binding belt at present. Domestic enterprises produce at will, or even reduce the safety factor without authorization.Therefore, there are great hidden dangers in the safety of lifting belt in our country.           

 When choosing the lifting belt, the size, weight, shape and lifting method of the loads to be lifted must be taken into account. The maximum bearing tonnage given and the working environment directly affect the selection. When choosing the length, we must pay attention to the elongation, and choose the appropriate length which not only has enough  ability, but also can satisfy the use mode. If multiple lifting belts are lifting loads at the same time, the same type of lifting belts must be selected, and the size can not be divided into luxury.           

 Round hoisting belt, the maximum load can reach 3000 tons, the effective length can reach 100 meters, the safety factor is generally 7:1, 6:1.            

 The circular lifting belt is made of high strength polyester industrial filament  (100% PES).The inner bearing core is surrounded by an endless ring to form a circular shape. The outer bearing core is protected by a sleeve woven by 100PES.            

 The maintenance of hoisting belt is very easy. Damage caused by impact is very common and dangerous in hoisting operation. JA type hoisting belt will only flatten under strong impact, so the risk is zero.            

 If the lifting belt is seriously damaged, the outer casing will be damaged first and the core bearing core will be exposed to indicate that the lifting belt has been damaged; repeated tests have shown that if there is no visible damage to the outer casing, the internal damage is unlikely to occur, and if the internal load-bearing wire bundle has been exposed. After fracture, it will be found  through the casing. If there is a small cut on the casing, it can be protected by loose tape to prevent further cracking, but it must be carefully checked to see if there is any internal damage before it can continue to be used. If there is a big cut on the casing, our company must check whether it can be repaired and continue to use.
