Detailed Explanation of Operating Parameters of Fall arresters

 Ordinary anti-drop device uses the speed difference of the runner to control automatically, high-hanging and low-using. When the wire rope drops faster than 1 m/s, the runner drives the brake gear action, brakes the runner and stops the wire rope, so that the staff can not fall. After eliminating the danger, the force on the wire rope is relieved, and under the action of the spring.

 1.  The rated braking load is the maximum load that can be effectively braked by the fall arresters.

 3.  Locking distance of fall arresters in case of danger:when bearing rated braking load falling, it should not be damaged. Locking distance of fall arresters is not more than 0.6m; when bearing rated working load falling, locking distance is not more than 0.4m.           

 4. There is no requirement in the national standard for the critical speed of locking, and the critical speed of the fall arresters is 1 m/s.            

 The effective lengths of safety rope of safety fall arresters are 3m, 5m, 7m, 10m, 15m, 20m, 30m and 40m respectively.            

 The net weight of the fall arresters is 3.2 kg, 3.3 kg, 6.1 kg, 6.3 kg, 9.9 kg, 10.3 kg, 19 kg and 19.6 kg, respectively.            

 The data of high altitude crash preventer are obtained by professional impact test: impact test load: 100KG;            

 The static load of the fall arresters: > 15KN;            

 Dynamic load of safety fall arresters: impact force < 6KN, descending distance <  2m.
