 First, before using, it is necessary to make sure that all parts of the hand hoist are intact, the transmission part and the lifting chain are well lubricated, and the idling condition is normal. Second, check whether the upper and lower hooks are fastened before lifting. It is strictly forbidden to use heavy lifts at the tips and other erroneous operations. Lifting chains should be suspended vertically, with no wrongly twisted chains, and the lower hook frame of double-line chains should not be reversed. Thirdly, when lifting heavy objects, it is strictly forbidden for people to do any work or walk under heavy objects in order to avoid personal accidents. In the lifting process, no matter the weight rises or falls, when pulling the hand chain, the force should be uniform  and gentle, and do not exert too much force, so as to avoid the jump or clasp of the hand chain. If it is found that the hand tension is greater than the normal tension, it should be stopped immediately. Last but not least, the user should stand in the same plane as the hand sprocket and drag the hand chain, so that the hand sprocket rotates clockwise, which can make the weight rise. Similarly, by pulling the hand chain backwards, the weight can be slowly lowered.

 When choosing the driving device, we should fully understand the characteristics of various driving forms. We often use the human drive, which is mainly used for low speed and less busy crane machinery, such as hand-pulled hoists. The driving device of lifting machinery is the power equipment used to drive various working mechanisms. It is an important part of lifting machinery, which largely determines the working performance and structural characteristics of lifting machinery. Therefore, in the design of lifting machinery, reasonable selection of the plastic type of driving device has become one of the important issues. Manpower drive is also used as standby drive for some equipment, such as bridge  feeding crane. When tappet goes deep into open hearth and power failure occurs, it is necessary to use manual drive device to push tappet out of the furnace to avoid burning. The crane of the reservoir gate hoist is also equipped with human drive device, so that the gate can be opened and closed in any case.

 So how to keep it after use? The following questions must be done well:            

 1. Do not keep it in the state of lifting/descending.

 3. When storing, we should wipe the dirt and water droplets on the surface of the hand-pulley hoist, and lubricate the hook and the transmission part.
