           CR lever hoists adopt advanced technology chrome  plating, also called "Chrome Electroplating", "Chrome  Dipping", "Chroming”, which is a technique of electroplating a thin, decorative layer of chromium onto a metal object, usually an easily corroded metal, aiming at providing corrosion resistance, ease cleaning procedures, or increase surface hardness. Chrome (slang for chromium) plating is done in very highly concentrated (about 32 oz. /gal) chromic acid, H2CrO4 -- "hexavalent chromium". They can withstand extreme weather and temperatures and will not corrode or oxidize. Chrome  plating provides a very bright, high-gloss, less pale, yellowish, mirror-like metallic surface to automobile and motorcycle trim, bathroom fixtures, and many household and industrial objects. Resistant to tarnish, chrome plating serves to protect metals and reduce friction on surfaces. People are able to refurbish their damaged chrome-plated parts, saving them the expense of having to purchase new parts. When a part is stripped and then chrome plated, it will be restored to the same condition it was in when it was new. Electroplating also has applications for use in household fixtures, including bathroom and kitchen fixtures, door handles, faucets, sinks and many others.

3.  G80 load chain
           CR load chains are automatic welding and blackened coating which is moistureproof and rust-proof which have long lifespan and can be used in tough situations. The load chain can be pulled freely and easily through the hoist in both directions to attach the load or to tension the chain.
           The lever hoists adopt high strong chain and high precision welding technology, meet ISO3077-1984 international  standard; fit for gusty overload work conditions; bring your hands a better feeling; multi-angle operation:
           changing the ordinary lever block only vertical downward pull, fit to greater scope.

         Hooks adopt alloy steel material and they have been heat-treated and die forging process which is durable and have high ductility. Hooks are made of high-class alloy steel with safety latch, they have high strength and high security by using the new design, making sure the goods will not be decoupled, even under overload instead of breaking. Both top & bottom hooks are fitted with safety latches as standard. Beside, lower hook is assembled with complete thrust racer.

           Operating ambient conditions

           4. Strictly prohibit over blading.
           Cautions
           ①It is prohibited to overload objects, lengthen the handle or to operate the handle with foot.
           ②Make sure that the upper and lower hooks are fixed before using, and make the load in the middle of the hook chamber.
           ③Avoid pulling any heavy objects on the sharp angle of the hook. The lever hoist should be in parallel with the bound objects when used to fasten articles.
           ④It is not allowed to use when the chain is reversed, and the hooks should be replaced when the shaft axial tilt angle is greater than 10 degrees.
