1. Brake system
 The brake is equipped with an automatic adjusting device to apply brake torque in proportion to the amount of lining abrasion, the auxiliary brake ensure hoist safe when then main brake stop working. A brake with automatic adjusting device is adopted, and the brake is automatically adjusted in proportion to the amount of lining abrasion. Dual system of the main brake and the auxiliary brake is adopted. If the braking force of the main brake is reduced, the auxiliary brake unit, a new system with minimal impact, prevents the drop of the load. Together with the automobile brake, it will compose a double braking system. 

2. Gear Inspection Window
 Gears have experienced reprocessing which makes them high precision. Thanks to lubrication condition and visual checks of gear case teeth surface, they will greatly improve inspection accuracy to some degree.

3. Reduction gear unit
 The building blocks of the spur gears facilitate the maintenance inspection. Equipped with a grease lubricating system, grease is filled in the gear unit on shipment, which is used to prolong the operation time and eliminate the replenishment prior to use.
 4. Hooks
 They are strong and safe. It's hot forging with perfect strength that is hard to break. The operation safety of the lower hook is ensured by its 360 degrees rotation and safety tongue piece

5. Thermal protector｜Self-protective device
 Hoisting motor is provided with a thermal protector which senses the heat of the motor coil and functions to protect the motor from burning damages caused by over work. As customer required, we will adopt thermal protector inside of electric wire rope hoists, hoist motor will automatically stops.
6. Overload Control
 Stop electric wire rope hoists' work immediately when sensing overwork to protect hoist working safely.
7. Hand Switch 
 An ergonomic shape design ensures hand switch operated friendly. The button with a light soft operating sensation satisfied the operator not fatigued after a long operation. The push button is totally enclosed type and is made of plastic. It is light and easy to use without the danger of electric shock.

8. Frequency Inverter
 Add this frequency converter can produce 2 speeds or variable speeds, and electric wire rope hoists can have soft starting and soft stopping.
9. Control box
 The starting time counter in the control box facilitates checking of the lifetime of consumable parts and the gear inspection window in the control box allows visual checks of the condition of the gear teeth surface and lubrication to some degree. Besides, the punch mark on the hook indicates the reference point for the hook inspection of deformation, which is safe and easy. And the clamp type control box cover facilitates opening and closing. They adopt Schnerider A.C.contactor, and well-known other brands electric parts.

10. Motor unit
 Each JP electric wire rope hoist is equipped with a motor which provides optimal starting torque for the hoists. The hoisting motor is provided with a thermal protector which senses the heat of the motor coil and functions to protect the motor from burning damage caused by over-frequent starting times. Furthermore, because they are employed cooling fans and large-capacity ball bearings, the class B insulating motor can withstand severe operating conditions.
11. Electromagnetic switch with mechanical interlock
 A mechanical interlock is provided for the electromagnetic switch to prevent malfunction.
12. Steel drum and sheave
 The drum (2-and-4-fall models for 2 to 5tons, except for ultra high lift hoists) and sheaves are made of steel plate, and the grooves are processed by a special press method. This makes the life of the drums and sheaves about three times longer than existing cast metal ones compared with our products.

13. Double-limit switch
 When the load block has reached the upper limit, the control circuit of the electromagnetic switch is turned off and the operation is stopped. Should a short-circuit occur, or the main continue to operate due to a reverse phase connection, causing the load block to more further upward, the motor main circuit is cut off.
 14. Wheels
 The electric wire rope hoist travels by guide rollers and flangeless wheels remarkably reduce the wear of I-beam and wheels. Positioning is facilitated by a brake provided and small travel inertia. Brake torque can be adjusted, also. Besides the standard type and the low headroom type, wheels of the double rail type from two to five tons are quenched, and thus the lifetime is more than 2.5 times longer than that of previous hoists. Since the self-adjusting center core is adopted, the wheels closely follow the rails and are hard to derail during operation.

15. New mechanism
 K size, from road surface of the traveling rail to the top surface of the double rail electric wire rope hoists, is reduced by 20% and weight is reduced by 10%, and thus installation and operability are improved.

16. Wire rope
 Due to the sturdy elasticity, they are very durable and the inspection of rope end has been easy.

17. Load block
 The load block is provided with a safety lever (to prevent rope from dislodging) in addition to a safety cover.

18. Pushbutton cable
 The pushbutton cable and protective wire are built into a single assembly so that there will no longer be a broken wire by hooking the protective wire. This design also assures ease of pushbutton operation.
