Inquiry about Hand Pallet Stacker 3 ton with loading arms be increased to 1.5 meters from Quayaquil, Ecuador

Customer: Need a 3 ton unit. Can the length of the loading arms be increased to 1.5 meters?

RAMHOIST: yes, it can, 650 USD/unit
as you know, with longer loading arms, with less weight it can load, may i know the max. weight you will load?
besides, load the weight as back as possbile, but do not put it in the front, otherwise there is risky that hand pallet stacker will fall over with heavy weight

RAMHOIST: may i know what's the lifting height you need?

in normal lifting height 1.6m, with 3t Hand Pallet Stacker, the max. lifting weight is 1500KG, when loading fork increased to 1.5m, the max. lifting weight is about 800-1000KG. besides, you can not pull 2tons pallet with hand.

we suggest you use 3t electric pallet stacker, due to the design of frame is different, the loading chart is different, with 3T, it can lift 2ton pallet with 1.6m

but the price is much higher than hand pallet stacker

Customer: 

电动堆高车，货叉长度做到1.5米，托盘尺寸，2,50  x 0,95  x 0,90 （长*宽*高），货叉从0.95的这侧进去

第二个托盘将放置在第一个托盘的顶部，第一个托盘的高度最大为1,00 m。 托盘最大重量2吨

可用于装载20英尺的常规集装箱，因此即使将第二个托盘装载在1.00米高的地方，电动堆高车的总高度也不应超过2.2米。

RAMHOIST: when Loading fork goes through the 0.95 side, the center of gravity is in 1.25m (2.5m/2), it is in the front of 1.5m fork,  fork will use Solid core forging which used in Diesel forklifts and make thicker (5cm), supporting leg will make bigger and thicker with bigger front wheel，otherwise it can not stand the max weight 2ton

1st choose: Supporting legs are inside of forks

2nd choose: Supporting legs are outside of forks

Since the width of pallet is 0.95m, the inner part i assume is within 0.85m, so we will use 2nd choose, otherwise, if we put fork inside 0.85m, there are no space for supporting legs

but we need the help of 5ton hand pallet truck, since the max. width of 20ft container is 2.35m, when we put bottom and top pallet of right, we take out of the electric pallet stack, then we must use 5ton hand pallet truck to move the bottom and top pallet of right to the rightmost, lean against the right side of container,

Use 5ton hand pallet truck to move the bottom and top pallet of right to the rightmost, lean against the right side of container, in a similar way, we can also use 5ton hand pallet truck to move the bottom and top pallet of left to the leftmost, lean against the left side of container

In this case, it will leave enough space for the electric pallet stacker to work, otherwise, when we put we put bottom and top pallet of right, there is not engough room for electric pallet stacker to work with bottom and top pallet of left.

besides, you'd better check what is the gap (clearance) of the bottom of pallet, to see whether our thicker fork can insert.
