Hand winch without indentification label

We received the goods for our last order and we have some observation below:

1. Manual Winch 1200LBS with 8 meter Rope we received all box without identification mark:

And inside in the product we received without internal identification see below:

Its worst for us and the customer can dispute whether we are selling the winch with correct capacity.

This is our last model in stock that we bought from you with  internal identification label:
