Missing Products Quantity - INVOICE RAMHOIST21023-10 pieces from MANUAL WINCH 1200LBS WITH SELF LOCK

We received the goods from invoice RAMHOIST21023 ans we missing

MANUAL WINCH 1200LBS WITH SELF LOCK  QTY 60 PIECES

The total of pieces that we suppost to receive was 60 pieces but in the physical check of the quantity of the product ww received just 50 pieces.

We opened all master boxes and counted piece per piece.

We missed this 10 pieces from MANUAL WINCH 1200LBS WITH SELF LOCK.

How can we fix this problem?

Obs: All other manual winch we received with right quantity.
