The speed of the lower shelf is controllable; the rear big wheels have a braking function; the front wheels with hollow design to prevent the object from blocking. 2.Hydraulic system

The hydraulic system consists of three parts--the elevating cylinder & controlling parts, the elevating arm & chain-wheel parts and the gantry &  back-wheel parts. The Hand pallet stackers lift the weights with manual or pedal hydraulic device, and loads weights with manual pull and push at a low position. Oil-reflow valve is equipped in the hydraulic device.
The pedals can control the descending speed to make sure the correct action of the hydraulic system and safety.

3.C section mast frame

Heavy duty C section mast frame is used for extra strength. Ergonomic steel handle provides a comfortable easy operation. The metal grids on it protect users from chain lift. Comfortable pull & push handle is easy to move.

           Hydraulic manual drum stackers are ergonomic solution for lifting, transporting and stacking drums, easily serviceable, economical, efficient, durable and  reliable. They are suitable for steel drums and plastic drums with eagle-grip structure. 

           Hydraulic manual drum stackers are equipped with ergonomic lifts, transport and places  ploy, steel or fiber drum on or off  pallets. They have swivel steering wheels for easy positioning and precision roller bearing load wheels for maximum stability. They can also be used to lock a drum in vertical position to avoid spilling or horizontal. Easily glider over pallet is designed to load or unload 30 or 50 gallon drums, grabs from the middle of a standard pallet with a drum claw grab, raises the drum up, and  redistributes them throughout the facility. Also, it helps remove drums from  the corner of containment skids. Hydraulic manual drum stackers can easily make the eagle-gripper grasp firmly or loosen the oil drum by small hand-cranking handle. With hand-cranking, operators can also achieve 120°pour oil operation and make the liquid pour clean completely. 

           Structure: single mast structure made from heavy duty C channel section. They would be supported by heavy-duty deep grooved guide rollers. Hydraulic cylinder part would be supported by single acting and cylinder piston rod is inducted with hard chrome plated. Leak proof viper seals will be given to prevent from entering dirt & dust; lifting of the cylinder would be with the help of single acting hand pump.
