Pulley blocks manufactured from carbon steel or stainless steel are designed for versatile lifting and craning, line construction, and other application. The main advantage with them is that ring and hook type is easy to bond other materials which do help to hoist various things in construction. Pulley blocks are important lifting tool which is convenient and simple in structure and are used to make lifting easier by redirecting a force, they are used to change the load line direction with a machined steel sheave (they can change direction of pulley, steel rope). Pulley blocks can hang in various cranes or installed in fixed to lift goods, they have many applications and are commonly used as part of a pulley system in construction, factories, agriculture, electricity, installation work like lifting tower, stringing, hoisting works. A block and tackle system which combined with many pulleys is often in conjunction with a winch (hand pulley block is a sort of pulley in a metal casting used to help in winching duties), windlass, mast or other lifting equipments. It is essentially attached to an anchor and then the winch cable is run through it then back to the winch. Doing this doubles the length cable required to pull thus doubling the mechanical advantage due to the added length. Hand pulley blocks are divided into hook type (open type) and ring type (closed type). The closed type can fix in one place, while the hook type can unload easily. 1. Whole body

High quality materials: the overall body is forged by high quality steel, light weight, high strength, hardness durable.

One side of pulley blocks is hinged and can be opened for easy and quick positioning of the rope on the sheave. It can also provide a quick and versatile rigging point or redirect a wire rope.

Thicken type hook specially made for pulley, and precisely forged by round steel with higher bearing capacity. If overload it will not easy to break, it also installs with insurance devices. Drop forged, Heat treated swivel hook and latch with stretch indicator and identity code.

The sheave is mounted on ball bearings, which are made according to National Standard, and treated by hot quenching. The cast steel sheave can change the direction of a rope.

Sheave has machined groove, groove and sheave are forged by high quality machined alloy steel to suit its intended rope diameter, groove design is reasonable. With the coating treatment of the surface (Durable powder coat finish), it will not hurt the rope and reduce power loss.

Pleases check the lifting hook if it is firmed and check whether there is any wrong twist on lifting chain link in order to avoid lifting chain is stuck. When lifting, operator should stand with same plane with the hand chain wheel, then pull the hand chain with gentle power in case the hand chain jumpy and snap ring. If has the phenomenon that cannot pull, please do not pull with yank power. At this time, you should check carefully. For ratchet and pawl springs, should often check, in order to prevent the brake failure and weight falling. When lifting, cannot use your hand to touch the lifting chain, otherwise it will lest hurt fingers. Besides, please do not over weight used.

10. Maintenance methods:

7-1. After using, pulley block should be cleaned and coated with anti-rust oil, stored in a dry place.

7-2. Maintenance and repair should be done by those who should be more familiar with hoist to prevent the one who is not understand the principle of the machine performance of free disassembly.

7-3. Pulley hoist after cleaning maintenance, load test should be carried out to confirm working, reliable braking can be delivered.

7-4. The brake friction surfaces must be kept clean, brake parts should be regularly check, prevent brake failure occurred in the matter since the fall phenomenon.
