           Webbing slings made from high tenacity 100% polyester or Synthetic are designed for lifting goods, which are much cheaper than alternative slings made from other materials and usually are lighter, more flexible and have a greater factor of safety and strong abrasive resistance. Webbing slings adopt advanced international level of weaving technology and are produced meeting high standards. They are woven with machine for one time, processed in the different sewing methods and they can be used the strengthened eye on its ends to improve its strength.

           Webbing sling become a very cost effective lifting sling since it is made of polyester which is extremely light synthetic material (man made) and are soft to touch  and is less likely to cause damage to both user and goods when lifted and will  not cause the type of injuries such as cuts caused by broken wires, manual handling or impact injuries to the user associated with wire rope sling. Synthetic polyester (fibre material) slings are lighter and more flexible than chain and wire  rope slings, therefore this type of lifting sling is much easier to handle though  they do have less abrasive resistance.

           One of the advantages of flat webbing slings is that they are highly resistant to mild acids, alkalis, alcohol, bleaching agents, dry cleaning solvents; halogenated  hydrocarbons, ketones, crude oil, soap and detergents. And the webbing slings can be made in a number of different styles to meet users’ request and are versatile enough to be used for Vertical, Basket and Choker hitches. what’s more, the standard tonnage can be distinguished through the color, and the wide and smooth loading surface especially applies to the articles with the soft surface and if necessary, the protective sleeve which is wider than sling can be used.

           They are widely applied for lifting weights, steels, and other heavy objects without sharp surfaces in factories, military field, construction engineering, strap works, port operations, water and electricity installation, trailers, transportation, plating steel, lifting machinery, mechanical processing, object dispatching and many other fields. They are especially used when a very broad sling is required for very fragile lifts.

2. Material
           Webbing slings use best materials to make the high standard straps and adopt high tensile polyester (PES) fiber which is high tensile polyester. They are color coded according to high standard, also they have capacity and working loading stripes on the sling, and every stripe is equal to the limited capacity.

3. Reinforcement buckle
           The eye type webbing slings are reinforced with canvas and wear resistance for extend the service life of the harness.

4. Foldable structure
           The webbing sling can be folded so that they are very easy to carry and due to their small in size, they only need small space to store.

5. Sleeve
           The protection eye and wear sleeve made from either polyester or polyurethane which is herringbone offer much more durability and for long life span, the polyurethane can either be wrapped round the sling or bonded onto the surface of the sling, this will increase abrasive resistance.

           4.  Warning and caution
           ①Failure to comply with this warning may result in serious load damaged death or injury. And remember to operate properly under the training and instruction..
           ②If damaged, misused or overloaded, webbing slings will fail to work. Before each use of them, operators should inspect slings for damage.
           ③Always pay attention to protect webbing slings from sharp edges of load.
           ④Any operation that attempting to use slings above rated lifting capacity are forbidden. If rated capacity tag is removed or unreadable, or there are any signs of cut webbing, heat or chemical damage, excessive wear, or other defects, don’t use the slings.
           ⑤Avoid acid, alkali and sunlight and do not tie knots in sling webbing as strength is greatly reduced.
           ⑥Apply the correct mode factor for the slinging arrangement and don’t try to shorten, knot or tie webbing slings.
           ⑦Keep webbing slings away from direct heat, flames, chemical, etc.

5.  The differences between polyester and nylon slings
           Polyester and nylon slings are very similar but do have a few key differences. Polyester slings will be negatively affected by concentrated sulfuric acid and strong alkalis at high temperatures and cannot be used in an environment that has aldehydes or ethers and Nylon slings cannot be used in environments with acid or bleaching agents.
6.  Disposable slings
           Disposable cargo slings with safety factor of 5:1 are made from High Tenacity Polyester Yarn, These multiple lift one way slings are used for the loading and unloading of cargo at intermediate drops until they are off loaded at their final destination; where the supplier of the cargo's liability will cease and the  slings destroyed.

7.  Boat Slings
           Boat slings are a modified 2 ply sling which can be made to any style or length. boat slings are normally 300mm wide 2 ply flat slings with a 3–4 finger join near the middle to allow slings to be released once the boat has been lowered onto its cradle or chocks.

8.  Wide Body Flat Slings
           Wide body flat slings are generally used when a very broad bearing sling is required for very fragile lifts. Wide body slings should only be used in basket lift mode and can be made to any width or length required.
