DHP electric chain hoists are newly designed on the basis of HSZ type block, which are driven by the plate braking motor and decelerated by the reducer. 2.Matters needing attention
           ①Every time before lifting, the hoist should be loaded without load to check whether the operation of the  machine is normal. If abnormal, the cause must be identified, so that it can be opened after being repaired.
           ②Carefully check whether the components such as wire rope, hook, crane and so on are intact before use.
           ③When working, it is strictly prohibited to stand at the bottom of the hook. The operators should take the initiative to avoid and prevent the irrelevant personnel from entering the work area.
           ④Operators must concentrate their minds and work closely with their partners, and ensure their safety under the condition of lifting.
           ⑤DHP electric chain hoists should be regularly checked and maintained, so that the equipment can be in good condition at any time.
           ⑥The operation is operated by the special person, and it is strictly prohibited to lift the crane without any reason. Also, remember to cut off the power supply at the end of each use.

3.Maintenance methods
           ①In use, it is absolutely prohibited to use DHP electric chain hoists in an environment that is not allowed, and exceed the rated load and the rated closing times per hour (120 times).
           ②It is not allowed to press two-hand buttons that cause the electric chain hoist to move in opposite directions.
           ③After the work is completed, the power gate must be opened and the power cut off.
           ④DHP electric chain hoists should be controlled by a special person. The operator should fully grasp the safety rules and regulations and strictly prohibit oblique pulling.
           ⑤In use, special electrical personnel should be regularly checked on electric hoists and measures should be taken in time to record failures.
           ⑥In use, adequate lubricant must be kept and lubricating oil should be kept clean. Impurities and dirt should not be contained.
           ⑦When chain is oiled, please use hard bristles or wood chips instead of using hands to oil the chain that is working.
           ⑧In the course of using, if the fault is found, the main power source should be cut off immediately.
           ⑨Please pay attention to the damage in the use of the case.
