Problems with last order - Some goods come Wet

We received our last order in Dec/2022. When we were checking all goods and we found problems in bottle jack.

More than 80% of botle jack are coming wet, Rusty and the individual package destroyed.

We called the insurance company and asked us for pictures of the container being loaded by your company, is it possible to send me pictures of the loading?

They request us  the pictures for the refund process.

超过80％的液压千斤顶潮湿，生锈，单独的包裹已经损坏。

我们打电话给保险公司，他们要求我们提供公司装箱的图片，是否可以发我装箱图片？

RAMHOIST： May i know have you unload the bottle jack on the wet place separately? since it is not logic if others are ok but bottle jack is wet, i found it is sent from china on 25th, Sep, 2022 and the container should be arrive early than dec.
