 (3)  Before weighing, check whether the weighing body is flexible, clean the weighing table and keep it clean. At the same time, check whether the clearance between the weighing table is foreign bodies, whether the limit clearance is reasonable, whether the wiring is loose and broken, whether the grounding is firm, and whether the performance of the supporting parts is good.
 (4)  Operators should inspect and maintain various components of pallet truck scale, regularly check whether the lines and junction boxes are dry, and if necessary, ask professionals to replace them.
 Fault Analysis and Solution of Pallet truck Scale:

 Fault 1: Pallet truck scale weighed many times, the weight is not consistent, there are errors.

 Solution 1: Raise the pallet truck scale to Zui height, insert a piece of paper into the space between the scale and the four sides of the pallet truck cover, and make a circle to see if there is a place to lean. If there is a reliable problem, you can use appropriate tools to lean away.
 Solution 2: Lift the cover of the fork teeth, loosen the clamp spring of the sensor, adjust it upward with a large screwdriver, and then install the clamp spring. If there is no adjusting screw on the sensor, the clamping spring can be loosened, then the fork cover can be removed, and then the four screw in the cover can be rotated down by 2-3 circles.

 Fault 2: When pallet truck scale is weighed, the number of hops does not return to zero.

 Solution: First of all, if the problem of inaccurate weighing is found, that is, a weighing object is the same in two weighing states, it needs to be re-calibrated and debugged until accurate. If there is no return-to-zero error in hop number, please check whether the fixed screw of the sensor is loose, whether it is in a plane, if no screw is loose and in a plane, then check whether the sensor itself has problems (sensor self-detection method: test the four sensors with a universal meter to stop, see if the linearity is the same). If so, check whether the fixed screw of the sensor is loose or not. It is the sensor itself that has problems and needs to be replaced.

 Fault 3: Pallet truck weighing scale is unresponsive, often reporting errors.

 Solution: To meet this problem, first check whether there is a problem in the line, whether there is a short circuit at the end of the line, whether the inner line of the junction box falls off, and so on. Secondly, check whether the instrument can turn on normally, and self-check. If there is a problem caused by the circuit, the wiring should be well connected.
