1. Construction
             Dual plunger structure provides quicker and more efficient lift, the exceptional construction provides added strength, chassis torsion control and durability.
             There are two kinds of construction, one is steel, and the other is aluminum
             ① All welded steel construction which made of heavy-duty reinforced steel frame for long life durability, and a lower profile design with a lift pad which is excellent for sports cars, lowered vehicles, or flat tires.
             ② Aluminum construction which made of durable thick industrial grade aluminum alloy with ultra lightweight design and power coated surface treatment for stability, durability, strength and greater protection has slowly been gaining in popularity. Though more expensive, they are well-liked by the performance car crowd who frequently participate in autocross, drag racing, and other high performance driving events, the weight savings make for easier transport and most perform just as well as their all steel counterparts, it can be very convenient if you need to store the jack someplace other than on the garage floor. Plus, we have to admit the fact that some of these aluminum jacks are just damn good impressive looking.

2. Low profile trolley frame
           Low profile trolley frame (durable tubular) is constructed of high-grade steel allows the jack to roll far under the car, makes it easier to slide underneath low ground clearance cars, Rolled side frames add strength, stability and rigidity to reduce twisting, Low profile and sleek design makes it easy to reach lifting points (effortlessly roll under low loads) under most vehicles. Most  low profile jacks don’t do this since the frame of the jack gets much taller a few inches or so past the saddle pad, ours is low even for show cars (anything  lower and you’re veering into impractical territory) so it should be able to slide under your car with no problem. Sometimes just having a low profile for a  floor jack is not enough, the ability to get the jack far enough under the car to lift at a particular cross frame member can be an important requirement as well. Another requirement may be the ability to lift the vehicle high enough to place on tall jack stands — sometimes both.
3. Pad
           Foam bumper pad on lower lift handle to protect vehicles (for steel construction). Rubber protected dotted lift saddle pad (very durable rubber pad) to protect from scratches and dents to the underside/undercarriage of the vehicle--vehicle’s frame and chassis (for aluminum construction) Oversized saddle provides increased contact area with the load.

4. Arm
           Reinforced cast iron lifting arm with rust resistant finish to lift heavy loads, it is with rubber hand grip (knurled steel handle so you have a more secure grip) and long enough provides ease of pumping and positioning, Although the one-piece handle proves difficult to remove, it feels a lot more solid than the competition with a 2-piece design. Foam wrapped side lifting handles for comfortable transportation. For other models, it has two piece handle to deliver the leverage you need which provide more convenient lifting of the jack and the length of the handle doesn’t make storage a problem. To keep the handle from damaging the car finish, it’s also covered with foam rubber. Besides, there is an oversized knurled area for a secure grip.

           Bypass valve protects from over pumping, Built-in internal safety valve provides overload protection and prevents overloading (prevent over-extension of the hydraulic ram) beyond rated capacity and ensures extra safety.

           Some tips
             1. If you do any kind of work on your automotive or in the market for a floor Jack, you probably already know the big convenience of having a properly working floor jack. When it comes to picking the best floor jack, it can prove to be a difficult decision to choose the right one for your needs when you have so many ranges and brands. Ask yourself these questions:
           ①Do I need a floor jack that is light weight and primarily for light duty jobs?
           ②Do I need a floor jack that is bigger and heavier for heavy duty jobs?
           ③Should I choose steel or aluminum in a floor  jack?
           ④How much am I willing to spend on an automobile floor jack? 

           2. By answering some of these questions first, you’ll be better prepared when shopping for different types of floor jacks and will help you pick the best one, no matter what your budget is. In most cases you’ll be required to invest a bit of cash for a decent floor jack, but in return it will serve you for years to come. The first think you want to do when you receive your new  floor jack is to properly bleed or purge the system of air. Air can sometimes be introduced into the system during the assembly, shipping, and transportation and could potentially cause it to fail while under load.
           3. The process is simple and your instruction manual should describe it step by  step. It usually just requires opening the release valve by turning your jack handle counter clockwise, then remove the oil fill plug with a screwdriver, and then pump the handle up and down ten times or so. Reinstall the fill plug and  you are ready to go. Even though it’s new, checking the oil level at this time is advisable as well.
          4. Periodically inspect your jack, including the oil level. Jack fluid can be purchased from your local auto parts store, home improvement center, or Internet. Keep the hinge points and wheels of your jack well lubricated and check for loose nuts and bolts. Some jacks even have Zerk fittings for this. Always use a heavy grease and not oil.
          5. Never use your jack as a jack stand. More people have been hurt due to jack failure without use of a supporting stand. We can supply you the jack standard if you need a set.
          6. When transporting a jack, always open the release valve. Never transport it on its side or upside down. Doing so can cause air to enter the closed system and cause jack failure when lifting.
              Finally, keep your floor jack clean and store it in a dry environment. It will last longer and  make it easier to inspect or notice leaks.
