1.Structure

Six durable U-beam channels are combined to the dark side of the deck at dynamic impact points, to prevent “dishing” and then prolonging the life of the dock leveler by up to 50% compared with other models and can ensure longtime high loading without deformation. 2.Shaft fixing pins

Shaft fixing pins adopt the long shaft articulation with high strength and very great  reliability, ensuring that under the condition of heavy load, so as to they are hard to be worn out even used all the year round.

3.Platform

Two sides of the platform are fitted with safety guard boards to avoid being accidental injured when stretching into the platform. Floor and tread are experienced with enhanced design; decorative pattern plate can be effected anti-skid so that they have durable use lifespan.
The surface board of the platform adopts the plate with good anti-slip property so that the fork will be very stable and safe when driving on the platform. The antiskid checked steel plate design guarantee excellent antiskid property.

4.Hydraulic system

Hydraulic system provides for full float at all positions. With handle pump, screw the return valve clockwise. Move the handle stick, to lift the ramp slowly. When the return valve is screwed counterclockwise, the hydraulic oil will go back, and the ramp will fall down on its own weight. The hydraulic cylinder adopts the foreign advanced full-module-type hydraulic station, which has the  operation reliability and long lifespan. The pressure transmitter, which is inserted in the hydraulic system, monitors the pressure. Upon it detects any unexpected pressure change which generated by truck sliding or something else during loading & unloading the pressure transmitter will activate the emergency stop valve immediately. Hydraulic pump together with oil tank saves the place and easy for maintenance.

5.Lip

Lips are very important parts between truck and dock leveler connect part. They are self-retracting assembly or hydraulic lip cylinders which are standard on all models for fully hydraulic operation. Positive lip extension and retraction with true regenerative hydraulic control are equipped. Lips are more rugged and durable.

6.Hydraulic velocity fuse

Hydraulic velocity fuses are used to limit the loaded ramp’s free fall to within  3“(76mm). Velocity fuse hydraulic fail safe stops platform with 1-3-inch in free fall situation.

7.Proximity sensors

Non-mechanical electronic proximity sensors control all functions. No solenoid valves, chain & cable-operated valves and limit switches are involved.

8.Safety devices

①Security block: In case of accidental moving of the truck, the Hydraulic stationary dock levelers will be blocked with a short stroke (according to the applied weight).
②As platform Free-Fall  protection, non-adjustable velocity fuse which is externally mounted prevents free fall.

③Inverted Hoist Cylinder (Piston Style Hydraulic Cylinder) neatly protects hoses under the leveler.

④Four sided box construction is more durable than before.

⑤Utilizes sliding style toe guards are used to adding levelers’ safety.

⑥Translucent reservoir makes checking hydraulic fluid levels safe and easy without crawling into the dock pit.

9.Dock leveler and door protection interlock

Dock leveler and door protection interlock is fitted to the hydraulic stationary dock levelers, which means the dock leveler can only be operated when the door is opened. To lock it to the overhead door, the leveler can utilize an inter-lockable electrical push-button which allows the leveler to be easily interlocked with red and green outside lights truck restraints or other items at the dock.

11.Solenoid valve

When the start button is pressed to rise to the lap plate straight, the platform automatically controls the high point, turn off the red switch, the platform automatically drops. If there isn’t solenoid valve, the dock leveler will automatically drop, getting the truck into insecurity and causing the truck to hit the landing board.

12.Explosion - proof valves

Explosion - proof valves are able to instantly block the hydraulic oil circuit, when the hydraulic tubing bursts. They can also instantly lock countertops, so as to the risk of car, goods fall is not easy to be caused; quickly block the oil, so it is not easy to cause more leakage of hydraulic oil which would cause damage to the platform pit and very hard to clean.

13.Maintenance stand

Maintenance stands are used to support decks and lips during inspection procedures, maintenance and service.

14.Self-cleaning hinge

Hinge and hinge sleeve which are connected with the sole plate do keel welding connection. The surfaces of the connecting shaft are hinged by electroplating for smooth and noise reduction.

15.Nozzle

16.Chain stretching mechanism

           Manual Levelers use a pull chain and are spring loaded. When the chain is pulled it pops-up, the platform is easily walked down to allow forklifts or pallet jacks to drive onto the truck.
