Disassembly and Adjustment of Electric lifter Lifting System

The lifting system of electric lifter truck is the direct working device of electric lifter truck for loading and unloading operation. The unloading and stacking of goods are ultimately completed by it, so it is the most important part of electric lifter truck. In order to maintain its good technical condition, maintenance should be strengthened frequently in use.            

Disassembly and Adjustment           
Internal and external portal frames. Relative motion exists between the main components of the lifting system of electric lifter truck. The inner and outer portal frames form a motion pair, and the cargo fork rack and the inner portal frame form a motion pair. In order to improve the motion accuracy of each pair, reduce the friction between the moving components, reduce the vibration and noise, and improve the lateral stability of the whole vehicle during lifter unloading, adjusting gaskets are provided on the side rollers of the inner and outer portal frames and lifters. By adjusting the gaskets, the clearance between the side rollers of the fork rack and the inner door rack, between the inner and outer door rack rollers and the inner and outer door rack is not more than 1mm in the case of relatively free movement. When the clearance of the roller or the overlapping gantry exceeds the clearance specified in the design, the roller should be adjusted or replaced to ensure the clearance of rolling or sliding, reduce the impact noise and prevent the cargo from sliding out of the fork. The flange size (thickness) of the portal frame section reduces the transverse size (width direction) of the portal frame above LMM or the combination of the whole portal frame more than 2.5mm. When the portal frame is deformed or warped, it is necessary to replace the portal frame to ensure the safety of use.           
Guide pulley and lifting chain. When the chain is assembled, the tension of the two chains should be equal, the load should be as uniform as possible, there should be no distortion, and the two sprockets can rotate flexibly after installation. The thickness and length of two paired forks should be roughly equal. The angle between the vertical section and the horizontal section of the two forks should  also be the same. When two forks are mounted on the fork rack, the upper plane shall be kept in the same plane. The maximum length of the lifting chain should be adjusted when the fork rises to the maximum lifting height (i.e. the piston  of the lifting cylinder rises to the upper limit). The adjusted lifting chain should not be too tight. Usually at the height of lm, 5ON force is applied to the chain, and the maximum deflection is 2Omm, which is qualified. In order to ensure good lubrication and reduce friction of each pair, grease should be added to the channel steel and chain sprocket of the inner and outer portal frame for each maintenance. In the wide field hoisting system, the stroke of two lifting cylinders (oil cylinders) should be equal, and their respective oil intake pipelines should be smooth. The upper end face of the plunger rod of the two cylinders should be in contact with the inner door frame and sprocket bracket at the same time.           
Fork rack. Since the installation dimensions between the hook and the fork rack have been standardized, all kinds of fittings have the same hook as the fork. Therefore, the plate fork holder can easily replace the fittings. In order to make the fork or fittings can be loaded or unloaded from the fork shelf, when the shelf is mounted on the fork shelf, the holes in the middle of the lower gear plate can be used to assemble and dismantle the fork. In order to locate and adjust the spacing of forks on the fork shelf, some symmetrical positioning holes and slots on the upper bay can be used to locate the fork by the positioning pin with spring at the upper end of the fork. When the fork is articulated, the fork rack is made into a sliding rod type. In the fork rack, there are two left and right circular axles. Each round axle is covered with a fork. The fork can slide on the circular axle to adjust the spacing between the two forks. When installing and disassembling the fork, the round axle should be removed. The fork is positioned on the circular axle with a clamp pin.
