 According to statistics: most of the hydraulic oil tanks contain exactly one-second of the total oil used in the hydraulic system of the whole machine. The remaining hydraulic oil is stored in hydraulic pumps, motors, multiple valves, hydraulic cylinders and pipelines of all parts. When the electric lifter truck changes oil. If only the hydraulic oil in the tank is replaced, instead of replacing the hydraulic oil in the whole hydraulic system, this method only mixes the old oil with the new oil.

Therefore, this method of oil exchange can not deal with the doubts of oil cleanliness, as long as the old oil in the circulating  vacuum filtration system is operated together in the hydraulic system, the cleanliness of hydraulic oil can be fundamentally improved. It is concluded that changing the filter element often can not solve the big problem. 1. According to the oil specification of construction machinery, the contamination degree of general hydraulic oil should be controlled at the level of NAS < 8. When new hydraulic oil is filled in barrels of oil stations, the filter precision is required to be 1-3 microns. 2. According to the hydraulic design specifications of hydraulic oil circuit of construction machinery, the filtering accuracy of hydraulic oil filter element can only be restricted to a minimum of more than 10 microns, and even the filtering accuracy of filter element of some loaders will be greater. If it is less than 10 microns, it will affect the return oil flow and the operation speed of the car, and even the filter element is broken! The most commonly used selection of hydraulic oil filter element in construction machinery is filtration accuracy of 10 micron 50%, pressure scale of 1,4-3,5 MPa, additional flow rate of 40-400 L/min and recommended replacement time of 1000 H.  3. The service life of hydraulic oil is generally 4000-5000h, about two  years. In the spring and autumn of each year, the temperature difference between day and night is large. After the equipment that works for one day stops working at night, the oil in the hydraulic tank is high temperature, and the air outside the tank is low temperature. When the hot air in the tank meets the cold air outside the tank, the condensed integrated water droplets in the top of the  tank will fall into the hydraulic oil one after another. In the evening, water will be mixed into the hydraulic oil. It then evolves into an acidic substance that corrodes the metal surface. Under the two-layer effect of mechanical work and pipeline pressure impact, metal particles falling off the metal surface will be mixed in hydraulic oil. At this moment, if the hydraulic oil does not  purify and dispose of large metal particles, it will be filtered out by the  filter element, while the particle hydraulic filter element less than 10 um can not be filtered out, and the wear particles that can not be filtered out will be mixed in hydraulic pressure. Oil will aggravate the re-wear of metal  surface, so experts recommend that hydraulic oil be filtered and purified at 2000-2500 hours or once a year, and purified at the time of renewal of oil. Let the old oil in the system be purified and changed into new oil, and then add new oil, so that the remaining old oil will not pollute the new oil.            

Optimum disposal method: the oil of tank and oil system is filtered and purified regularly by special vacuum oil filter of hydraulic oil, the remaining water and mechanical impurities in oil are disposed of, and the cleaning degree of hydraulic oil is maintained at NAS6-8 level for a long time. The water content is within the national standard scale, so it is not easy to control the aging of oil products. Sample equipment is not easy to damage, oil is durable, ability to prevent more damage.
