​Safety Operating Regulations for Electric lift Trucks

Before driving and operating, the electric lifter must undergo technical inspection: 

1. Check the height and density of the electrolyte. The liquid level should be 10-15mm higher than the partition board, the density should meet the requirements of the area and the season, the single cell voltage should not be less than 1.75V,  the whole vehicle voltage should not be lower than the minimum limit voltage, otherwise electrolyte or charging should be added, and the electrode joints should be clean and tightened.           
 2.  Check the power line. The wire joints shall be tightly connected, the lifter truck shall be in good contact, the fuse shall be in good condition, and the switches and handles shall be in the stop position.           
 3.  Check whether the instruments, lights, horns and other work is normal.           
 4.  Inspection of steering mechanism should be flexible and portable.           
 5.  Check the brake device should be flexible and reliable.           
 6.  Check whether the bearings and related running parts are well lubricated and the lifter truck moves flexibly.           
 7.  Check whether the running part and the hydraulic system work properly, especially whether there is oil leakage in the hydraulic components such as pipelines, joints, hydraulic cylinders and distribution valves.           
 8.  Check forks and shelves. According to the size of loading and unloading cargo, choose good fork, and install it on the fork shelf to adjust the distance; choose the shelf of the pressing device, etc., and adjust it properly according to the height of the cargo.            

 9.  Check whether the traction hooks are firmly connected so as to determine the number of trailers for lifter traction trailers.           
10.  Check fork, compaction mechanism, transverse movement mechanism, lifting chain,  portal frame, etc. should work well and use reliably.           
11.  Check whether the lifter truck has any faults, remove hidden dangers in time, and leave the truck without any faults.

 1.  Maintain proper start-up speed at start-up, not too fast.            

 2.  Pay attention to the voltage of the voltmeter. If the voltage is lower than the  limit voltage, the lifter truck should stop running immediately.            

 3.  Lifter trucks are not allowed to change the driving direction by pulling the direction switch in order to prevent burning out the electrical components and damaging the gears.            

 4. Driving and lifting should not be carried out at the same time.            

 5.  Attention should be paid to the driving system, whether the sound of the  steering system is normal or not, if abnormal sound is found, the malfunction should be eliminated in time, and the operation with illness should be strictly prohibited.            

 6.  Slow down in advance when changing.             

 7.  When working on poor roads, the importance of the road should be reduced appropriately and the driving speed should be reduced.            

 8.  Pay attention to the firmness of cargo on fork when carrying cargo on large slope road.
