Characteristics and Working Environment of Six Electric lifter Trucks

 Electric pallet lifter           
 The main function of electric pallet lifter truck is to realize the point-to-point movement of pallet cargo on the plane. Therefore, pallet lifter truck has no gantry lifting system. It is suitable for places that pay attention to handling and do not need stacking. There are three types of pallet lifter truck: self-propelled, stand-up and seat-driving, with different costs.  

 Electric pallet stacking lifter truck            

 Electric pallet stacking lifter truck is a light indoor lifting stacking equipment, focusing on the stacking function. Because of its lightweight body, it is suitable for handling light and small goods in floor warehouses or other narrow places.           
 Forklift Lifter           
 The lifting mechanism of forward lifter truck can move forward and backward longitudinally. When the goods are forked, the center of gravity of the goods falls within the four fulcrums of the wheels. Therefore, the forward lifter truck has better flexibility, high lifting safety and stability. Its load range is usually 1-25 tons, and because of its complex structure and high cost, it is suitable for places with narrow space and high elevation requirements, mostly for high-rise warehouses.           
 China Electric Lifter           
 The universal electric lifter can run in all directions. Besides the main characteristics of the balanced lifter, the three wheels can run in one direction at any angle. Therefore, the vehicle has flexible steering. After interrupting the cargo, the lifter can be moved in any direction according to the site restriction. The vehicle solves the steering problem of long material in narrow space, saves space greatly, and can realize oblique stacking and disassembly in train car compartment.           
 Four-way electric lifter           
 Four-way electric lifter has the functions of forward lifter, side lifter and balanced lifter. In structure, it is basically the same as the forward lifter truck. The portal frame is between the front and rear wheels. In front of the lifter truck, there are two arm-shaped inserting legs. The front part of the inserting legs is equipped with supporting wheels. The fork can move forward and backward along  the portal frame. When the lifter truck unloads, the fork extends and the lifter unloads the goods back to the middle position close to the body, so the  stability of the lifter truck is greatly improved.           
 Different  from forward lifter truck, the two load-bearing wheels at the front of lifter  leg of four-way electric lifter truck can rotate 90 degrees through steering  mechanism. When the rear wheel rotates 90 degrees, the whole lifter truck can change from the front and rear driving state to the left and right driving, which is equivalent to the side fork, so it is suitable for material handling in narrower passage. The minimum channel width is usually less than 2 meters. But because of the complex structure, the cost is higher.      

 VNA Narrow Channel Lifter           
 The main feature of VNA narrow-channel lifter truck is that the lifting structure of the portal frame can do three rotations. The truck body does not need to rotate when stacking, but only needs to rotate the fork or the portal frame. Therefore, the requirement of channel width is greatly reduced. At present, the minimum channel is below 18 meters. But at the same time, the width of the  passage also depends on the size of the pallet. In addition, in order to ensure the stability of the lateral stacking, the weight of the whole machine is much  larger than that of the three-fulcrum balanced heavy-duty electric lifter, so the economy is slightly poor.           
 Electric lifter truck is driven by electric power. Compared with diesel truck, it has the advantages of no pollution, easy operation, energy saving and high  efficiency. With the development of economy and the improvement of environmental protection and energy saving requirements, electric lifter trucks have developed rapidly, and the market sales have increased year by year. Especially in the port, storage and tobacco, food, textile and other  industries, electric lifter is gradually replacing diesel lifter.
