How to Maintain Electric lifter in Summer Hot Weather
 Forced cooling: Some people simply install a blower on the machine, the high temperature is slightly alleviated, but it is still not ideal, and it does not look beautiful. Elimination of internal leakage: Testing the old mechanical hydraulic components on the test bench, if the working pressure is insufficient, the power is insufficient, the variable is unstable or invariable, the hydraulic components with serious internal leakage should be disassembled and inspected to check whether the wear degree of the hydraulic components reaches the limit, and then replace the  components according to the specific situation to alleviate and eliminate  internal leakage. For couples that are not easy to replace, it is necessary to consider the replacement or modification of the main components. Improve the hydraulic heat dissipation, because of the increase of hydraulic internal leakage, increase the heat dissipation load. Enhancing the heat dissipation of heat dissipation system is also a way to reduce the temperature of hydraulic oil. Select high quality hydraulic oil to reduce temperature rise, oil viscosity and other functions.            

Technical measures for overheating control           
 (1)  Change fan to independent type           
 The fans of traditional models are mostly non-independent mechanical connection, that is, the fans are driven by diesel engine crankshaft through belt pulley and belt, and the fan speed is synchronized with the crankshaft speed. Under the condition of low speed and heavy load, the cooling fan is insufficient, which easily leads to the overheating of electric lifter under heavy load. Under the condition of high speed and small load, the fan runs at high speed and the cooling air volume is too large, which easily leads to the overcooling of electric lifter under low load.           
 In recent years, many new models developed by companies adopt independent  hydraulic and electronic fans which can adjust speed on demand. Some domestic maintenance enterprises also refer to the above models, and convert the non-independent fans of the original machine into independent fans with adjustable speed on demand. The power source of the driving fan can be determined according to the specific situation of the machine type. The main and branch hydraulic circuits can be set separately or the hydraulic pump can be installed independently.           
 (2)  Change the radiator to split type           
 The traditional radiator group (module) consists of water radiator, hydraulic oil radiator, torque converter oil radiator, oil radiator and so on, which are connected in series and installed in the front of the fan. This type of installation has the following shortcomings: multiple radiators share one fan for cooling, and can not be cooled according to their respective target cooling temperature; multiple radiators are connected in series, so that the flow resistance of cooling air through each radiator increases, and there is heat accumulation effect, which reduces the cold air and coolant in the radiator. The temperature difference reduces the heat dissipation effect.           
 A Highway Engineering Office in Shandong Province has reformed the traditional heat dissipation system of ZL50 loader. The hydraulic motor with two output axes drives the fan and pump of water radiator separately. It is installed at the front end of the engine to cool the water radiator, which constitutes one module. The hydraulic oil radiator is cooled by the fan, separated from the water radiator, and installed on the other side of the engine to form another module. Its hydraulic drive fan and electric fan are all controlled by ECV intelligence, which can speed up and heat dissipation according to their respective needs.
