What are the maintenance categories of electric lifter trucks?

The maintenance of electric lifter trucks can be divided into four categories: daily maintenance, primary maintenance, secondary maintenance and tertiary maintenance. Daily maintenance is a daily maintenance, usually every 50 hours after the first level of maintenance, every 200 hours after the second level of maintenance, every 600 hours after the third level of maintenance.     
What is the main content of the first-level maintenance of electric lifter?
(1)  Check whether the motor is working properly. 

(2)  Clean batteries, add distilled water as necessary.

(3)  Check the appearance of fan belt and its tightness.  

(4)  Check the abnormal noise of gearbox, driving axle, working oil pump and water pump driving device.  

(5)  Add oil or grease to all parts of clutch and brake longitudinal connecting rod as required.          

(6)  Check the wear condition of piston rod of hoisting cylinder and inclined cylinder. If there are slight scratch marks, they can be smoothed with oil stone or fine abrasive cloth.           

(7)  Check and tighten the bolts and nuts of tyres.  

What is the main content of secondary maintenance of electric lifter? 
(1)  Clean the gearbox and replace the new oil. 

(2)  Clean the motor and check whether the motor joint is loose or short-circuit.            

(3)  Check the  power-off contacts of the distributor and adjust the period gap.            

(4)  Inspecting and tightening bolts at exposed parts of generators.    

(5)  Check the discharge of the battery and charge it as necessary. 

(6)  Replace the cooling water in the radiator.       

(7)  Check and adjust the free travel of clutch and brake pedal and the brake compartment of wheel brake.   

(8)  Check whether the tightness of the two lifting chains is the same.  

(9)  Check whether there are deformation and cracking in the iron jam and heel of  the fork.  

What is the main content of three-level maintenance of electric lifter?   
(1)  Adjusting valve clearance.        

(2)  Measure the cylinder pressure and check the reasons for non-conformity.            

(3) Check the working performance of the clutch and adjust it as necessary.   

(4)  Check the free travel of steering wheel and the connection of steering tie rod, and check the wear of steering knuckle pin and steering sector arm pin.

(5)  Check the bearing wear of clutch and brake pedal axle.

(6)  Clean lifter truck thoroughly and check and tighten bolts and nuts in all  exposed parts.

What is the daily maintenance content of electric forklift? 

(1)  Check the battery power and whether the connection line is loose.  

(2)  Check the height of the electrolyte level in the battery, add it as needed, keep the blowhole of the lid unblocked, and connect the pole tightly and firmly with the conductor joint.   

(3)  Check the free travel and working reliability of hydraulic brake and hand brake, and fill brake fluid and remove air in the system as necessary.

(4)  Check the tire pressure and remove impurities embedded in the tread.  

(5)  Check the amount of oil in the tank of the vehicle hydraulic system, the pipeline and the joints for leakage.  

(6)  Check the water level of the fire extinguishing tank. 

(7)  Check the working conditions of instruments, lights, loudspeakers, etc. 

(8)  After the above checks are completed, start the engine, check the operation of the engine, and check whether the transmission system, brake system and hydraulic lifting system are working properly.
