Technical requirements of hoisting system. The portal frame shall be free of cracks, shall not have defects affecting strength and rigidity, and the deformation shall not exceed the allowable value of the design. Overlapping structure is generally used in portal frame. The internal and external portal frames should be well coordinated, sliding flexibly, and without obstruction.           
 The guide pulley frame should be installed correctly and firmly. The pulley and the pulley shaft shall be free of cracks and defects, and the wear of the groove shall not exceed 10% of the original design thickness. The pulley shall be properly matched with the guide pulley frame so as to make the pulley rotate flexibly and reliably. Chain specifications and models shall conform to the design requirements. Chain plate and shaft should be free of cracks and deformation, and keep transmission flexible and reliable.           
 The guide wheel frame with rack should be intact, crack-free, and well coordinated with the gantry frame. It can slide flexibly and smoothly on the gantry frame without obstruction. The guide surface of the guide wheel frame cross beam  should be smooth and smooth so as to make the lateral movement of the fork stable and reliable. The fork shall have sufficient strength and rigidity and be well matched with the guide frame cross beam. The protective frame made of flat steel should be installed on the rack, and keep intact without  deformation. The portal frame, inclined cylinder and frame should be firmly connected, well matched, reliable locking and flexible rotation.           
 There shall be no distortion and weld detachment in the portal frame. The internal portal frame and the external portal frame, the metal frame and the internal portal frame lift smoothly relative to each other. The mating clearance between the door frame and the roller should not be greater than 1.5mm, and the sliding is good without obstruction. When the roller is rotated and recorded, there should be no cracks or defects in the roller and shaft, and the wear of the groove should not be greater than 10% of the original size. The tension of the two lifting chains should be uniform, not distorted and deformed, and the end joints should be firm; the fit clearance between the pin shaft of the chain joint and the bearing hole should not be too large. Sprocket rotation should be  flexible, groove depth should not exceed the original size of 0.5mm; the rack should not be seriously deformed, weld opening phenomenon.           
 There shall be no cracks on the surface of the fork and no weld stripping at all parts of the fork. Fork root angle shall not be greater than 93 degrees, thickness shall not be less than 90% of the original size; the height of left and right fork tip shall not exceed 3% of the length of the horizontal section of the fork; fork positioning shall be reliable, and the supporting surface and positioning surface of the fork hook shall not have obvious defects; the mating gap between the fork and the rack shall not be too large, and the movement shall be smooth.           
 Wear and fracture parts and maintenance. In the use of electric lifter trucks, the common dangerous section of fork is the vertical part near the elbow at the lower part of the vertical section and the welding point between the upper end of the vertical section and the upper hook of the fork. Especially, electric lifter drivers often operate illegally, lift or pick up ground cargo by using the front end of one side fork alone, resulting in bending deformation of the fork or fork tip, or even the root of the vertical section is broken after overloading of the cargo, which will cause serious economic losses. Maintenance of common electric lifter trucks and forks. According to the national standards, the use of forks should  be checked once a year. Electric lifter trucks used under bad working conditions need to be checked frequently in order to detect any defects or permanent deformation, and take relevant technical measures to eliminate the hidden dangers of insecurity. The inspection of fork of electric lifter truck should be carried out by professional technicians. It is found that the fork has any defects such as hindering the safe use, failure and obvious deformation. It must be stopped using. Only after strict repair and passing the test and acceptance can it be used.
