 5. Falling in demolition work:            

 (1)  Standing on the unstable parts for demolition and other work.            

 (2)  Scaffolding, derrick, gantry, etc.are removed without seat belts.           

 (3)  The derrick and gantry are dismantled without pre-bolting temporary steel wire mesh.           

 (4)  People fall with heavy objects without wearing speed differential anti-falling device.           

 (5)  The operator exerts too much force and his body is unstable.          

 (6)  The material overload caused by stacking and dismantling on the floor frame resulted in collapse of the crushed floor and so on.            

 6. Falling from the roof along the mouth:            

 (1)  The roof slope is more than 25 degrees. There are no anti-skid and anti-falling safety measures.            

 (2)  Instability of the body on the roof.            

 (3)  Physical discomfort, sudden dizziness and shock, resulting in falling from the roof.           

 (4)  When the components along the mouth are not firm or broken, the person falls accordingly.            

 7.  Work falling on ladder:            

 (1)  Overload fracture with bad ladder or ladder.            

 (2)  There are no anti-skid measures for the foot of the ladder, and it can slip or pad up when used.            

 (3)  The ladder is not stable or inclined.            

 (4)  There is no rope or chain fastening between the two pieces of the herringbone.

 8.  Ceiling maintenance falls:

 9.  Falling on the transfer platform of gantry crane:            

 (1)  The erection of gantry crane transfer platform does not conform to the specifications; the erection of steel pipes and pedals are not qualified, resulting in the collapse of the platform and the accidental fall of personnel when working at high altitude.   

 (2)  There is no drop protection device near the conveyor platform of gantry crane, and no 1.2m high safety guard rail and safety net are used for protection. High-altitude workers accidentally fall from the adjacent side of the conveyor platform of gantry crane.            

 (3)  There is no lighting device on the gantry crane transfer platform. When workers work at high altitude in the evening, they accidentally fall from high altitude.            

 (4)  The gantry crane transfer platform has no safety protection door, or safety protection door but no hook card, or protection door and hook card but no implementation, resulting in inadvertent empty trampling and falling of workers.            

 (5)  Workers fight or play on the gantry crane transfer platform, accidentally falling at high altitude.            

 10.  Falling on the edge:            

 (1)  There are no anti-falling devices around the floor, roof, balcony, transfer platform, corridor, roof and roof shape. There are no safety fences or protective fences installed without acceptance. They are not qualified.The workers at high altitude accidentally lose weight and fall.            

 (2)  Operators work in violation of regulations, play in the neighbourhood or drink at high altitude, accidentally fall.            

 (3)  The adjacent guardrail was damaged or removed, and was not found in time, resulting in weight loss and fall of high-altitude workers.           

 (4)  High-altitude workers fight in the neighbourhood, resulting in personnel falling.           

 (5)  The operation is difficult, the operation is difficult, the protection is not in place or has not been constructed according to the specifications, has not passed the acceptance, the protection is not in place and is not qualified, and the  workers accidentally fall when they work at high altitude.
