The work level difference between electric hoist and the motor

Keyword:electric hoist   Time:2018-4-7 16:59:26

M4, M5 is work level of electric hoist. The main characterization of electric hoist is operation load and frequency of use. If the regular full load, frequently use of the electric hoist, need work level is higher. Higher level motor work workload bigger, requirements of the motor performance is better, some need special motor. Electric hoist working level and motor working level does not correspond. Electric hoist high level requirements for electrical appliances, wire rope and other accessories has put forward higher requirements.

Electric hoist motor working level classification as follows.
S1 continuous working system, which reach thermal stability at constant load running time.
S2 short work: at constant load at a given time, the lack of time to reach thermal stability, then the fault can stop time, the motor is cooled to the temperature of the cooling medium again with the difference within 2K.
S3 duty cycle is according to a series of the same work cycle, each cycle comprises a section of constant load running time and a fault can stop time. This work in each cycle of the starting current is not to have a significant impact on temperature rise.
S4 includes starting duty cycle: according to a series of the same work cycle, each cycle includes a segment on the temperature affects the starting time, a period of constant load running time and a fault can stop time.
S5 includes electric braking of duty cycle: according to a series of the same work cycle, each cycle includes a starting time, a period of constant load running time, a fast electric braking time and a fault can stop time.
S6 continuous cycle work is according to a series of the same work cycle, each cycle comprises a section of constant load running time and a no-load running time, but no broken can stop time.
S7 includes electric brake continuous cycle of the work: according to a series of the same work cycle, each cycle includes a starting time, a period of constant load running time and a fast electric braking time, but no broken can stop time.
S8 includes variable speed and variable load continuous cycle work: according to a series of the same work cycle, each cycle comprises a section at a predetermined rotational speed under constant load running time, and one or more under different rotational speed other constant load running time, but no broken can stop time.
S9 load and speed non periodic changes of work: load and speed within the range of variation in non periodic work system. This work includes frequent overload, its value can be far more than the full.
