Our cargo lift is flat. You can install the rail on the platform. But it is better to install by yourselves, since we have no rail, and we are afraid of installation can not reach your requirement. You can dig a pit, make the height of platform for the cargo lift as the height you want, and install the rail which link with other guide rails.

1)      Train Rail – The train rail will be installed and embedded (flush to the platform). We can install ourselves but installation provision need to be ready. Please refer to Image 1 below.

2)      Pit Depth & Overhead Requirement – May I know the pit depth and overhead requirement? Kindly take consideration on the embedded train rail inside the platform for the pit depth.

3)      Structure & Layout Drawing – Kindly prepare and provide the sketch for the structure and layout drawing.

My understanding is the rail should be laid on the platform of the cargo lift, so that the train components that need to be repaired can be directly moved to the platform of cargo lift. Then, along with the rail on the platform + the train components that need to be repaired,  both lifted to the required height, and then lifted train components down, Right?

In this case, we don't need to do anything. The platform of the cargo lift is flat. Assuming the required height of train rail is 500mm, after the train rail is paved, keep both train rail and the ground are flat. Just make a 500mm deep pit and platform of cargo lift lifted down 500mm correspondingly When making a pit, it needs 500-1000mm thick cement prefabricated wall.

1)      yes, can be done with galvanised finises, with additional cost of 7000 USD, and total weight now is 12.5T

2)      We do not have separate maintenance manual, it includes in the previous manuals, Hydraulic parts are maintenance-free, just replace the hydraulic oil every six months.

3)      It can be reduced to 20-25mm. The reason why it is bigger is that there maybe installing errors and difficulty in installation. your installation shaft is large and can be reduced to 20-25mm.

Customer: Actually we just done presentation to client.

Some request from them like the three side balustrade must in wall design instead of bar design.

Pit size (6100mm(W) x  4050mm(D)) is enough for use based on your platform size, unnecessary to fit all room full.

We understand what you was asking, the shaft size will be much big than the lift installation size, this is not a problem, it is not necessary to occupies the entire shaft space. That means, we can keep the platform size as you like, and the lift diamesion smaller than shaft size, it is ok. Don't worry, this can work.
